You'll be surprised how fast you will drop when a few hero mobsrit you. Being urittable is a staple of efftive tanking. Base stats for heroskara are 12k hp, 13kish armor, 490 defense, and about 30% dodge+parry.
Give Ramparts a try too.
I got a ne ep tanking belt from thehest at the end boss. There were a few trky pulls oe you go up the ramp to the 2nd and 3rd boss but if youan get past those the rest isake.
I used some FR gear for the end boss. Had about 111 FR plus the Pally fire ward thingy and it was an easy fight. wowheadom?item=29238 Lion's Heart Girdle Binds when pked up

being urittable is very very important. high armor and hp is too. i tually have taken to tanking heros in my pvp gear simply bause the overall quality
of gear is better, resulting in more hp and armor. when i used "true" tanking gear i had a little over 490 def and 11.5k health before i tried tanking heros (namely ramparts). hero ramps is tually pretty easy bause the largest pull you'll get is a five-pull, and youan usually use LoS andreative off-tanking to deal with the adds (for instae, have a mage tankdps theasters sie they use fire damage and mages have fire ward. aggro wont be an issue if the mage goes all out). is also a very useful tool in heros. if you do any hero, id start with ramparts first, but hero mh is also a good one. priestsan any of theasters there,
magesan spell steal the fire shield from the astromages or whatever theyrealled, and warlksan enslave the small demons whohk bombs (whh means one good lkan solo a pk of two large demons and two small demons). on a side note, as
a non-prot tank (ive never tanked a hero as prot, save for one shattered halls), ive found that pvp gear + 2h makes a wonderful setup for tankingapitus in mh. spamming slam andrittingonsistently for over 5800 reallyements aggro for somerazy reason.
