Using only the Libram of Repentae from badges I've been able to put together a set that provides urushability and uritability and gives around 12.4k HP. Your Hit Rating has to deal with MISS RATE. Your spial attks have an inherent 5% misshae. You have around 80 hit rating, that is plenty to get you by as 2...

Give Ramparts a try too. I got a ne ep tanking belt from thehest at the end boss. There were a few trky pulls oe you go up the ramp to the 2nd and 3rd boss but if youan get past those the rest isake. I used some FR gear for the end boss.
